You fought shrewdly for the presidency. Won the votes of the real people who love their country. Trounced a candidate who was described as unbeatable. A stunning accomplishment for a non-politician. Before you assumed office dark clouds amassed. You weren’t given a political honeymoon, a rite of passage that goes with the job. Your crime was winning and your enemies declared themselves in short order. They were everywhere: in the opposition party where we’d expect them to be. We didn’t learn till later, party leaders engaged in lies and deception to knock you out of election contention. There were many in your own party plus an assortment of establishment conservatives who denounced your ability to lead. They were supposed to be supporters. Scholars in conservative think tanks lacked common sense and soured too. They fell like robotic intellectual puppets. Were they ever original thinkers or just establishment sycophant bootlickers? Obama bought a big DC house and moved into your backyard where he set up his own tactical war room to obstruct your leadership. He made no excuses; it was common knowledge. Hillary lost, his legacy was at stake; he wanted it back even if that included treason. Weaponizing the FBI and DOJ served him well. He gave life to the Deep State and ISIS. His 8 years of subversive leadership were up but he didn’t abide by the rules most law abiding leaders acknowledge. He thought he was above the law.
But Democrats are above the law. They make their own rules and impose different standards on conservatives. The mainstream media supports those who impede our democracy. The word ‘fake’ took on new meaning. Ask Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg who hires fake fact-checkers to knock out fake news. The result: conservative political censorship. Such bias is nothing new but the game now is deadly and vicious.
The left is on a Jihad against American thought.
Why, then, does the right willingly play by their rules when they’re in control? Why submit to discriminatory one-sidedness and anticipate their opponent’s hate with stoic resignation.
For one, conservatives don’t know how to fight. They fold easily. We need a tougher breed to man-up to political criminals. Nice guys and easily bamboozled women need not apply. Others are conservative in name only; RINOs who feign right but are really left. Some deceive like Paul Ryan and John McCain who fooled many with their seemingly articulate talk but didn’t have the principles or grit that Ted Cruz, Nikki Haley, Ron DeSantis, Devin Nunes and Mark Meadows possess in spades. Some like Mitch McConnell aren’t party leaders. They’re sleazy operators.
Peter Schweizer exposes individuals like McConnell in his book, Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends. It reveals how current ethics laws create a zero accountability zone for the Washington, D.C. political class. That is, elected representatives can enrich themselves mostly un-impugned while supposedly serving the people. The people get short shrift because corruption impacts policy-making and good governance.
It’s endemic in all of congress. That’s why they get so little done.
Yet we allow it. Congress thwarts Trump’s policies and the lives of Americans.
And corruption feels uncontainable. Trump’s opposition has impeachment in mind led by Robert Mueller’s special counsel. It’s been going on for over a year. They’ve got a lot of nothing but rather than toss their probe they’ve become desperate. That’s why the FBI ransacked Trump’s attorney, Michael Cohen’s home, office and hotel room turning client/attorney privilege and our 4th Amendment on its ear. Mueller and his pack of rabid Trump haters have become prosecutorial terrorists turning innocence to evil investigating a sitting president because they don’t like him.
Mueller and his team appear to have the power to destroy the career of anyone who stands in their way. Judge Kimba Wood, a political ally to Hillary, decided invalidating Trump’s attorney-client privilege was OK but only for Trump. Sebastian Gorka tweeted: She (Kimba Wood) was picked by Bill Clinton to be Attorney General. Now she has power over the lawyer who works for the man who beat Bill’s wife in the 2016 election. WHERE’S THE RECUSAL? Brazen political bias by judge ideologues who have forgotten their oath of office.
It seems the courts are stacked with federal judges, hand picked by Obama, who sabotage Trump’s executive power. We’ve got two standards here. One for Republicans, the other for Democrats.
The people are getting tired of watching proven criminals roam free while conservatives are victimized for exercising their rights. We’ve got a special counsel infected with bias. We’re losing our democracy to thugs no different from fascists but never before in America.
Kicking in Paul Manafort’s front door while he and his wife slept, conducting a raid at gunpoint at 3AM. For what? He was cooperating. These are tactics used by police states. Stalinist and Gestapo methods designed to terrify.
They’re not investigating crimes. They’re investigating people while misusing their power predicated on HATE.
It’s what the founders of our constitution prepared for, to stop calculating people from behaving badly. They knew the proclivities of man, well aware how countries get corrupted by bad people. They came to America to escape that tyranny.
That tyranny has manifested here in America. Its momentum gained considerable speed in Obama’s presidency.
James Madison knew exactly why we needed a constitution. He said, “If men were angels, no government would be necessary.”
Many in congress, 39 vacant Republican seats, are choosing to retire or know they’re likely to lose if they run or are leaving because they’re frustrated by their inability to get things done.
So now what?
Trump naturally wants to fire Mueller. Perhaps Rosenstein even more. But he must avoid entrapment. Mueller is charged with taking Trump down AND he’s despicably desperate. It isn’t wasted on the American people. They see an uneven playing field. Hillary’s profound criminality vs Trump’s unsullied audacity and fearlessness. Trump could emerge intact for the right reasons. His presidential aptitude is sound; undeterred by saboteurs who seek to undo him.
There are investigations happening now that could depress the Trump witch hunt. They’re investigating real crimes committed by Democratic leaders and corrupt federal agencies taking aim at their political enemies. People want justice to be served! For now, Trump may be better off continuing to pursue his presidential goals. The midterms with departing Republicans and potential Democratic indictments could come together at the right time.
We’re waiting for the powers-to-be to shut these oppressors down and it could happen.
A facebook friend, entrepreneur Chris, says this: My guess is before the midterm elections. Sessions has been investigating and the whole dog and pony show that Sessions isn’t doing anything is very fake news to keep the swamp creatures feeling comfy and safe. Most have no idea about the coming fireworks.
He’s not alone. Bill Mitchell @mitchellvii Host of Your Voice America tweeted: Every day that passes we get closer to Trump/Sessions springing the trap they’ve been setting up with their #SlowWalker sting op for months…..As I said months ago, when we finally got to Comey, it would be close to done. We got to Comey.
AND as of April 18, 2018, 11 House Republicans sent criminal referrals for violations of the law to Attorney General Sessions against Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates, Loretta Lynch, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page and Dana Boente.
An interesting development.
Meanwhile, Trump should keep being Trump. Using his own instincts serves him well. The midterms are unknown. Those who predict a blue wave merely speculate much like their bogus predictions that Hillary would win in 2016.
Jerome Corsi says it this way: “Trump always looks like he’s going to lose until just before he wins.”
